KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, coordinate, and supervise operations of the integrated hydrocarbon processing facilities of CPF and MGPF, wellheads and gathering network, Central Front-End Compression and Offsite Compression facilities along with Produced Water Treatment and Injection Facilities operations in a safe, efficient & reliable manner to assure uninterrupted production Coordinate with other stakeholders (engineering, project, and maintenance teams) to ensure the successful commissioning of the project. Develop test procedures and perform pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including functional tests, performance tests. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems that arise during commissioning, and work with vendors, contractors, and other team members to resolve them in a timely manner. Coordinate with engineering, project, and maintenance teams to ensure the successful commissioning of the project. Develop test procedures and perform pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including functional tests, performance tests. Accountable for managing day-to-day plant operations, overseeing production activities, optimizing plant performance Proficient in generating technical report while monitoring equipment/systems performance, identifies potential problems and submits recommendations for appropriate actions. Provide technical support to eMOCs and process engineering support to RCFAs to ensure repeat failures are eliminated. Equipment/Process: Wellhead compression, Inlet Receiving, gas purification/dehydration, LPG extraction, gas/liquid & liquid/liquid gravity separators, electrostatic dehydrator/desalter, crude oil and condensate stabilization, produced water treatment, and injection facilities, as well as the management of process utilities.
