About Zak Kuczynski

A long a crazy trip, hopefully nowhere near over. I have cooked in, consulted with and worked with friends in 18 countries. I have a tech-savvy approach to everything, and always look for other ways to do things, in evaluation.(It may not need to be fixed, but let's find out!) I have worked in; Independent restaurants Chain restaurants Country clubs Catering companies Food manufacturers Gourmet Markets Grocery stores Amusement parks Casinos Hospitals Education/schools/colleges/Universities/Sororities Fabrication Shops I have worked for people, for myself and for corporations. I have been; a cook a chef a student instructor an instructor an actor a manager a project manager a program developer a corporate executive chef a development chef a line cook/roundsman a dishwasher a recipe tester a prep cook a plant manager a charcutier a chef, industry and technology consultant a welder/fabricator a mechanic a farm hand a laser tag referee/manager an auto parts salesman a fork truck operator a video game beta tester Please don't ask me my favorite thing to cook/prepare, as I like to make just about everything.(Shellfish sometimes gives me hives while cooking, but that's handled by stepping away often. Blue cheese/penicillin also get the itch factor up, not good when I try some salumi). I enjoy talking food, business, cooking and technology. I value everyone’s opinion, and have my own (as many will say!). I'm a drumming welder, chef and gamer, who enjoys food and wine, while watching hockey or movies. If you did read this, I hope you are well and may luck find you-z
