As an administrative and operations professional with 5 years of experience working in and managing small businesses, I'm excited to continue helping nonprofit organizations grow and provide outstanding services for clients! I am grateful to work at VOAMI facilitating grant programs and helping to secure further funding.I’ve developed a psycho-education and psycho-therapy group program at Uncaged Minds Detroit using the latest academic research, which would expand services for individuals served, and open an additional revenue stream.I've interviewed, trained, and retained 9 employees spanning industries, creating procedure manuals to reduce average training time to 2 weeks.I've used Quickbooks, Excel spreadsheets, and the Google Workspace Suite to develop budgets that resulted in increased revenue YoY.In my free time, I enjoy volunteering with local organizations focused on environmental sustainability. You can also find me practicing yoga, meditating, watercolor painting, or playing an instrument.I specialize in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Kareo and Therapy Notes EHR/EMR systems, Google Workspace Suite, Quickbooks, and possess a chauffeurs license.
