About Zakia Rama

I am a fresh graduate of the Nurse Profession Program from Universitas Indonesia with diverse clinical experience across pediatric, neonatal, and medical-surgical nursing, as well as exposure to emergency, maternity, psychiatric, and community health care. During my rotations at RSUI and partner healthcare institutions, I was actively involved in delivering holistic and patient-centered care to a wide range of populations, from newborns in critical conditions to adults with complex health needs. I consistently prioritized patient safety, evidence-based practice, and family involvement in care delivery. My adaptability, leadership, empathy, and communication skills have been further strengthened through active involvement in organizations and volunteer programs. These experiences have enhanced my ability to collaborate across disciplines, manage responsibilities effectively, and connect with patients and families with compassion and professionalism. I am especially passionate about pediatric, neonatal, and medical-surgical nursing, and I am eager to contribute meaningfully in a dynamic healthcare environment where I can continue to grow and make a positive impact on patient outcomes.
