I have over six years of experience in the service excellence field, and currently work as a TSA manager at Solvay, a leading global chemical company. My main focus on recent years has been on executing and coaching improvement projects across various functions, using data-driven tools and methodologies to optimize processes, enhance performance, and increase customer satisfaction.I also deliver training, facilitate performance management, and lead standardization programs for Global Cash Collection and Global HR. My mission is to enable and empower teams and managers to adopt a continuous improvement mindset and culture, and to be the change I want to see in the world. I am passionate and proactive about finding innovative solutions to complex challenges, and I enjoy collaborating with diverse and cross-functional stakeholders.
