I am passionate about working with and advocating for individuals with disabilities. As a professional in the industry, my primary focus is equitability and universal design for all. Here are a few things that my professional and educational experiences have taught and prepared me for-Empathy and compassion, two ideals that one cannot live without in the world of human services-Case management: not all cases are the same, just like no two people are the same-Organization and time management skills-Computer literacy and transferrable computer skills-Ability to adapt to and thrive in fast pace, high performance environments-Advanced knowledge on the inner workings of the ADA and accommodations process through the United States.
