Zara is a sought after, respected and well recognised entrepreneur, stylist and creative consultant. Zara began her career in-house, working for iconic Australian fashion label Scanlan Theodore for 5 years in Perth, opening their first WA store and turning it into one of the highest grossing stores nationally. Zara was the youngest person in the company’s history to be appointed as a retail manager and was later also dispatched to spearhead the opening of the company’s first Brisbane outpost. After completing tertiary studies in Frontline Management, Marketing and Arts Management, Zara took out the Channel (V) V RAW competition and completed work placement at Sydney’s famed Premier Harbour Agency, she returned to Perth and worked in house as a graduate intern for Universal Music Australia. Zara then moved seamlessly into the corporate world and for the next few years worked in some of Perth’s premier advertising agencies, excelling in the client services area on high profile brands including GESB, Dale Alcock Homes, BGC and the Perth International Arts Festival. In 2012, Zara won Perth Retailer of the Year at the WA Fashion Awards for her unique retail concept Zara Bryson Shop, which launched in 2009 and had popular fashion destinations in Subiaco, Claremont Quarter, 140 Perth and online. Zara co-founded the Peach & Pineapple Co with Caitlin in 2012 and continues to be in demand as a stylist and creative consultant for brands that include: Disney Australia, Chanel, Gucci, West Weekend magazine, The Sunday Times STM magazine, South Australian Style Magazine, Solid Gold Diamonds, Telstra Perth Fashion Festival, Bowie Wong, Betts Shoes, Airflex, Betts Kids, L’Oreal Professionnel, Carillon City, enex100, Wesfarmers, Rosendorff, Target, Kmart, Workwear Group, Perth Symphony Orchestra, Patricia Field for enex, Reno’s Hair Care, Mirvac, Adrian Zorzi, Sweetwater Rooftop Bar, The Cottesloe Beach Hotel, Empire Rose and The Mangrove Hotel.
