A media professional and editor with 13 years of experience, and a penchant for accurate, solid, fact-checked news production. Adept at delivering impeccable quality content according to branding guidelines and communication standards Proficient in New Media Journalism, Science & Technology Reporting, Photojournalism, Anthropological Reporting, Covering Deprivation, and Lifestyle Reporting. Especially interested in covering technology I worked as a journalist with The Hindu for four years—18 months at the nation desk and two-and-a-half years with the Sunday Magazine and Literary Review. At the nation desk, I was a part of the team that edited stories and made pages, and in 2013, I also helped ideate, coordinate, and work on special pages during the Delhi and five-state elections. At Sunday Magazine and Literary Review, I was a part of the team that commissioned, anchored, edited, and wrote stories and made pages. I also wrote two columns—Tech Away in Melange and App-ti-dude in Young World—both supplements with The Hindu. I've also been a part of the team of The Hindu’s annual literary festival, Lit For Life (2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018), and have curated, edited, and led the social media and live blogging team for Lit For Life (2014, 2015, 2016, 2018). At Nature inFocus, I was part of the founding team and worked as Assistant Editor—ideating, commissioning, editing, and writing stories for the website. I worked at Hindustan Times for over 5 years, where I was a part of the Metro-NCR desk—editing stories and making pages for the Delhi, Noida-Ghaziabad and Gurugram editions.
