Personal Philosophy My goal, as an Academician, is to take a friendly approach to teach, create a learning environment to encourage equity, inclusivity, employability and excellence, where every learner gets equal opportunity for learning & self-development, to learn and progress. In order to achieve this, it is also imperative to motivate and equip our Faculty with the capabilities and adapt practices accordingly. A Seasoned Administrator & Educationist with over 17+ years of total experience in the Corporate Sector & Academics inclusive of > 10 years of rich teaching experience with a career spanning Institution Management, Curriculum Development, Faculty/Staff professional development, E-learning & Statistical Data Analysis. Earned Doctorate in Management for the thesis titled “An Evaluation of Employability Skill Gap of Management Graduates in Karnataka” from the University of Mysore, creating new benchmarks through consistent & competent performance, nurturing intellect and highly motivated teams to deliver academic and business objectives. Visionary and Knowledge Worker with brilliant teaching abilities, implemented instructional strategies to align with the student’s learning styles to deliver academic and business objectives and to drive Institutional improvements and implementation of best practices.
