With over two years of experience as a Financial Systems Analyst at CBRE, I provide support and leadership skills to team members and finance end users on intelligent process automation tools, concepts, and technologies. I identify, design, and build low-code automations, utilizing various technical solutions such as Mybuy, Service Now, Kahua, and JDE. I also participate in all phases of the financial system product lifecycle from business problem identification to solution deployment. As a contributing member of a project team implementing new process optimization and automation initiatives, I serve as a subject matter expert on automation and process improvement. I also provide the primary functional and technical production support to end users of CBRE and client financial systems and intelligent process automation tools. I have a strong skill set in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office Administration, Data Analysis, and Systems Analysis. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences from The University of Memphis. I combine a passion for the performing arts with a background in accounting and IT, leveraging creativity, precision, and technical expertise to excel in diverse professional environments.
