About Zarka Sultana

As a consultant, I lead Agile and DevOps software development projects that entail test management, digital assurance, and quality engineering. My experience in stakeholder management includes working on a range of client sites in a variety of industries, such as telecom, energy, non-profits, and government including small businesses and global women tech networks. In my role as a non-executive Advisory Board member, I support and advise two small and medium-sized businesses over a year. Provide insight and input into redesigning the organization structure, setting a five-year plan with sales, income, profit, and losses, and establishing an overall business strategy. Coaching and mentoring business owners and leaders, as well as participating in the mentoring program of the Global Women Tech Network. Develop my leadership skills and gain board experience by networking with business leaders from different industries. Global Women Tech conference speaker - 2021, 2022 & 2023. I enjoy traveling and meeting new people. It allows me to connect with a diverse network and break out of my comfort zone as well. I am passionate about handicraft and love cooking.
