Oversee and manage the campus refresh master plan implementation which include 15 years CAPEX Asset & Infra renewal plan for overall budget about $180M.Responsible and accountable for- Overseeing, managing, and directing the staff, policies and directions of department- Ensuring services & functions are well supporting to NIE core functions - Coaching and guiding the senior/managers, engineers and assistant managers- Managing of the development of physical facilities, major upgrade work and major asset renewal- Planning for short, medium-term and long-term renewal, enhancement of assets/facilities- Planning for Emergency Preparedness and Business Continuity - Planning and managing of budget and expenditure- Managing and directing the operation and maintenance of facilities - Reviewing, reorganizing in-sourcing vs. out-sourcing best suited mode for optimum effectiveness- Negotiating, selecting and managing the contractors/vendors for optimal costs & results- Managing and implementing the energy conservation and environmental sustainability projects- Overseeing the physical security for campus - Leasing of canteen and office spaces - Managing and providing support for major events.
