What I do for ⇩ I’m a certified and Agile Team Facilitator with over 6 years of servant leadership experience in effectively facilitating, leading, and coaching teams. I currently work as a Senior Scrum Master for, working on an Agile transformation and cloud migration. Outside of work you can snowboarding in the winter and relaxing on the beach or wake surfing with family and friends in the summer. I also enjoy engaging on LinkedIn to share valuable things I've learned over the years on my journey and to hopefully learn a thing or two from my network. and the impact that continuous personal development has taught me. At a young age, it seemed to me that one’s career and finances determined their happiness. However, after finding early career success, I still felt unsatisfied and unfulfilled - I was lacking true and in my life, which I found was the key to everything I was missing. Living my life through my values has brought me more happiness, success, quality friendships, knowledge, and. I have learned to believe in people's potential more than they believe their limitations. I have accomplished more than I’ve imagined, and hope to help others do the same-
