As a dedicated aquatics coordinator with over 17 years of experience in supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorders, I am passionate about creating inclusive and accessible recreational opportunities for all. I hold a master's degree in experiential and outdoor education, and I am skilled in leadership, completion, and documentation. In my current role at Jonesboro Parks and Recreation, I oversee the management, operation, and programming of the aquatic facilities and staff. I have successfully implemented various initiatives to enhance the quality and safety of the aquatic services, such as developing and delivering training programs, conducting audits and inspections, and maintaining records and reports. I also collaborate with other community organizations and stakeholders to promote the benefits of aquatic recreation for people of all ages and abilities.
