As a Help Desk Technician at ConnectWise, I provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients across various platforms and devices. I apply my knowledge of network security, malware detection, and incident response to identify and resolve issues, and to ensure compliance with security policies and best practices. I have obtained the CompTIA Security+ CySA+ as well as SANS GSEC and GCIH certifications. I have also completed two courses on Practical Malware Analysis and Triage and Practical Web Application Security and Testing from TCM Security. I am also pursuing a degree in Information Technology at SANS Technology Institute, where I am learning the latest skills and techniques in cybersecurity, risk management, and forensics. I am passionate about advancing my career in the IT and cybersecurity industry, and I am seeking opportunities to apply my skills and knowledge in roles such as SOC Analyst, Cybersecurity Analyst, or Information Security Analyst. I have a strong customer service background, with seven years of experience in various positions, including store manager and anti-tank section leader in the US Marine Corps. I have developed leadership, communication, and team-building skills that enable me to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
