I handled a team of 40+ sales chat/call executives, providing them with daily, weekly, and monthly reports, audits, feedbacks, and testing, as well as scripts, training, case study, case audits, trend analysis and planning. I helped increase the customer satisfaction and retention rates by 15% to 20%, respectively, in six months.
