As a previous project support officer at Capita, I provided administrative and operational support to various projects across the public and private sectors. I use Microsoft Office to perform data analysis, create reports, and manage budgets and schedules. I have over two years of experience in people deployment, where I coordinated the allocation and mobilisation of staff and resources for different contracts and clients. I also volunteered as a mental health volunteer at Volunteer Services Lewisham, where I offered emotional and practical support to people experiencing mental health challenges. I have a degree in Psychology from the University of Greenwich, where I developed my interest and knowledge in human behaviour, cognition, and well-being. I am passionate about applying my skills and education to help organisations and individuals achieve their goals and improve their outcomes.
