About Zeinab Eid

With over a decade of experience in public service, I am a Reservist at Ville de Laval, where I apply my skills and knowledge in various domains to serve the community. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree and have a strong background in financial editing and department management. My core competencies include strategic leadership, citizen engagement, problem resolution, and collaboration. As a former Head of Department at a prominent Citizen Office in a municipality, I led and implemented initiatives that enhanced the quality and efficiency of the services delivered to the residents. I also fostered a citizen-centric environment that facilitated open communication and participation. I am passionate about making a positive impact and contributing to the development of the municipality and the society.
