Background

About Zelakah Murphy

I'm a Project Manager specialising in organisational change and transformation, with a track record of delivering high-impact projects across the public sector and consultancy environments. Currently working within the PMO at a government transformation office, I lead end-to-end delivery of complex programmes spanning organisational change, process improvement, and digital innovation. Alongside delivery, I line manage a Business Analyst and a Project Management Apprentice, supporting the growth of future delivery talent. I also play an active role in our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) initiatives, helping to shape a more inclusive workplace. With PRINCE2 and PRINCE2 Agile certifications, I bring structure and adaptability to delivery. Whether driving cultural change, embedding new ways of working, or implementing enabling technologies, I take a people-first approach that balances strategic vision with practical outcomes. I’m especially energised by roles that sit at the intersection of transformation, leadership, and purposeful change—helping organisations achieve progress that lasts. Let’s connect if you’re passionate about change, innovation, and delivery that builds both progress and people
