Over 20 years' experience managing website operations and content management re-platform projects. I understand the role of websites in delivering on growth objectives while delivering a logical, seamless experience for multiple audiences at different journey stages, and the need to nurture those interactions. I'm a team player intent on bringing others along on, what can be, disruptive and complex transformational digital projects. I build internal capability, stakeholder trust and manage vendor relationships. I pride myself on positivity and flexibility within dynamic workplace environments to focus on problem solving, team building, great communication and getting the job done. Having worked with many external agencies, vendors and partners across multiple sectors, my central role in small Agile teams of cx and ux designers, developers, publishers, analysts and delivery managers is to deliver simpler services and websites for audiences and improved processes and governance for internal stakeholders.
