Background

About Zen Kropp

I am a recent graduate of Capital University (Class of 2025), holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a minor in Psychology. I’m passionate about entering the business world with a focus on operations management or organizational leadership, and I’m eager to bring my diverse academic and professional experiences into a dynamic, team-driven environment. Throughout my time at Capital, I’ve developed a strong foundation in critical thinking, problem-solving, and professional communication. My experience as a law clerk sharpened my attention to detail and equipped me with skills in legal writing and professional communication. As well, my role as a data analyst helped me become proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, increasing my ability to interpret and organize information efficiently. These analytical skills were reinforced through course courseload and project-based learning during my undergraduate studies. As a four-year member of the Men’s Lacrosse Team and team captain my senior year, I gained meaningful leadership experience and learned how to build effective communication among diverse groups. I also served as Vice President of Kappa Sigma Fraternity, where I managed administrative responsibilities, such as maintaining records and overseeing academic performance, further developing my organizational and time management skills. I’m now looking to leverage my background in team leadership, data analysis, and strategic communication to contribute to a forward-thinking company. I am eager and excited to increase my network with fellow professionals and look forward to growing my experience.
