About Zeyu Wang

I gained his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry in Fudan University at 2022 and is pursuing his master’s degree in Chemical Engineering in Columbia University. During my undergraduate period, I was devoted to polymer researches under the guidance of Dr. Mao Chen of Fudan University. Now I am looking for opportunities in the chemical engineering I firmly believe that they will bring great change to the society and make great contributions due to my research experiences and the great research results in the lab, so I want to devote myself to this field. I think there are two qualities qualifying me to go forward in this field. The first is professional knowledge and skills. I have worked as a research assistant to study polymers with high performance in electrochemistry for two years and published a review about computer-aided flow polymerization on Chinese Journal of Chemistry, allowing me to solve potential problems. I successfully raise the average production rate of polymers from 40% to 70%. I am also capable of cooperating and communicating with teammates efficiently. My experience as one of the Student Union of the department of Chemistry enables me to perform excellently in a team to target shared goal. I believe these qualities and experiences will enable me to insist on working in the field of electrochemistry and fulfill my dreams. I will always inspire myself to make my own contributions to the society from the aspects of electrochemistry.
