As a talent strategy and recruiting expert, I specialize in helping Seed to Series C startups and emerging private equity companies to with all things talent. My approach is to work closely with clients, typically founders, CEOs, and Heads/VPs, to define their talent strategy based on their revenue and/or growth goals. Using my 5-part methodology, I collaborate with them to develop a targeted internal talent transformation plan, while owning all employer branding and external talent sourcing, and offering consultative full-cycle recruiting. I use a range of tools, including social media, Boolean/X-Ray searches, my network of high-performing revenue professionals, and high-converting cold outreach to find the right hires for my clients.
