About Zhenzhen Zhao
Ph.D. in Computer Science, my current research interests are at the intersection of management and human-computer interaction (HCI). Passionate about bringing HCI research to marketing and innovation disciplines by understanding and shaping consumer behaviors through platform design, I am particularly interested in the implications of virtual community (e.g. idea crowdsourcing), mobile applications, gamification, user experience, and design thinking. My recent work has appeared in the Journal of Interactive Marketing, Information and Management, and many other outlets. After more than 15-year teaching experience in user experience (UX) design, HCI, digital marketing and innovation, I developed several creative courses from the perspective of design thinking. These courses are taught today at master, MBA and EMBA levels
