With more than 13 years in the financial industry and over five years of experience in analytics, trade expense management, and developing/managing automation processes, I have developed strong skills in critical thinking, performing deep dive analysis, building business reports, helping with improving process, manage business expense and revenue, developing business cases and leading varies initiatives. I have prepared and presented business reports (such as KPI, OKR, MBR.etc.) to the senior management team and collaborated with stakeholders in different regions for updates and discussions on business improvement opportunities. I am passionate about finding innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and performance of our processes and systems. While delivering quality advice and service to our clients and stakeholders. In my latest role as a Senior Manager - Analytics & Pricing Insights at RBC Direct Investing, I oversee the comparative pricing analysis to ensure our pricing is aligned with the market. Furthermore, I am trusted with reviewing and approving exceptions on margin rates, free trades, foreign exchange, trade commissions, and cash-back offers. Lastly, I participate in pricing strategy meetings with the senior management team to build goals for the upcoming years.
