About Ziad Jendi

I am a Software Engineering Leader with 19+ years of experience architecting and delivering large-scale digital platforms, leading high-performing engineering teams, and implementing modern cloud-native architectures. My background spans full-stack engineering, distributed systems, and enterprise product delivery — with hands-on expertise across Kotlin/Java Spring Boot, Node.js, Python, and modern front-end frameworks including React and Angular. I have led mission-critical modernization initiatives, built microservices platforms, and delivered highly reliable, low-latency systems serving millions of users across education, logistics, and government sectors.I combine technical depth with leadership — mentoring engineers, fostering delivery ownership, and driving engineering excellence through strong standards in architecture, CI/CD, testing, and system observability. I have successfully scaled engineering capability, improved release velocity, and built resilient cloud platforms using AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.Recently, I have also been deeply engaged in AI-driven systems — integrating LLMs into production workflows, building agentic AI components, and experimenting with autonomous agents, context orchestration, and API execution frameworks. I’m hands-on with modern AI tooling and have designed agentic pipelines and AI-assisted learning systems, exploring the intersection of software engineering, automation, and intelligent decision-making.Core Strengths: • Engineering leadership, team coaching & capability building • Enterprise architecture, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) • Kotlin, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Python • React, Angular, modern TypeScript systems • AI integration & agentic workflow design (LLMs, orchestration, context pipelines) • CI/CD automation, DevOps culture, Kubernetes & Terraform • Scalable architecture, high availability, performance engineering • Translating business objectives into technical execution with measurable outcomesI am passionate about enabling high-performing teams, building scalable and secure systems, and leveraging AI and modern engineering practices to accelerate delivery and innovation. I thrive in environments where technology, product vision, and people development intersect.Always open to leadership roles where I can build a strong engineering culture, drive impactful technology decisions, and shape future-ready digital platforms.
