About Zikril Hakim

I am an enthusiastic and driven professional, who is passionate about unlocking Indonesian healthcare, education, and real estate potentials. I believe that these sectors should bring about good for society and are multidisciplinary subjects that should involve a data-driven decision-making process. I have vast experience in the fields of real estate / infrastructure investment, assets management, and strategy development. My roles include head of investment and asset management in a real estate development and investment firm, senior investment / acquisition manager in a real estate private equity firm, head of strategy in a public listed real estate and infrastructure development firm, REITs analyst, and management consultant with exposure in Indonesia, Singapore, and US markets. I hold an MBA in Real Estate from University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA, where I was granted an Indonesia Presidential Scholarship and received McGeeReese Excellence in Real Estate award. While doing my MBA, I managed USD 1.7 million fund that was fully invested in the US REITs. I also hold a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia, where I received the Most Outstanding Student award and was selected a valedictorian of my class.
