Hi I'm Zim Hernández. I'm a creative leader, skilled in Design, UX, Advertising and Integrated Marketing, and I've been on this incredible journey for more than 13 years. Before that, Before that I even came close to having a degree in psychology, but I'm still passionate about it, that's why I'm doing Psychoanalysis at ALCEP In Colombia, where I'm from, there's a traditional dish called Sancocho, made with more than 25 ingredients that aren't supposed to go together, like potato, arracacha, chicken, pork, cilantro, corn and avocado. To me, it is the perfect synthesis of what creativity really is: a not-so-obvious recipe, but one that, once you learn how to put all the right things together, results in something extraordinary. I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to work for local, regional and global brands like: Stellantis (Fiat, Jeep & Ram), Mamá Lucchetti, ACNUR, Under Armour, Nivea, Clorox Company, QuintoAndar, Netflix, Coca-Cola, Clear, Gatorade and creative strategist campaings for commom benefits. In teams like, Tech and Soul, Niña, Togetherwith, FCB, Argentina's Government and Furia Studio. I won Cannes lions, Effie Awards, Ojo de Iberoamérica, Diente, Lapiz de Platino and I have had the opportunity to be a Jury in Effie Latam, PHNX, Lapiz de Oro and Diente. After eleven years in Buenos Aires, I have been living in São Paulo for two years and contributing with DM9 DDB team as Associate Creative Director
