I am a PhD chemist with over 15 years of experience in chemical synthesis, characterization, scientific research and higher education. I am proficient in various analytical techniques, such as NMR, HPLC, GC, GC-MS, LC-MS, FT-IR, UV-Vis, and compendia testing in a GLP, cGMP and ISO environment, and I am highly skilled at handling air and moisture sensitive materials using glove box and Schlenk techniques. I have excellent written communication skills and I can, not only generate, review, analyze and interpret laboratory data, but also author test methods, validation plans, standard operating procedures, technical reports and peer-reviewed publications. I also have the proven ability to give technical presentations to a broad range of individuals with different levels of education and experience, using language and terminology that is understandable and relevant for the target audience. I have the ability and enthusiasm for learning new skills, and I enjoy getting my hands dirty, wearing multiple hats, and taking initiative as needed. I am an adaptable and flexible team-builder who can forge effective, cross-functional collaborations with diverse groups of professionals and achieve common goals.
