It doesn't matter what you do, human capital is one of the most important things for a company! Do you really understand your customer? What their needs are and how their customer journey looks? Do you know how you serve them at your best? Which design triggers them? How to create a warm, cozy and safe environment where people want to come and stay? I love these topics! Therefore I have created a work environment for myself, which enables me to bring this into practise. As Concept & Customer Journey Manager at Wereldhave I focus on creating Portfolio wide concepts for e.g Play & Relax, Hassle free Parking, Restrooms, Wayfinding, Public seating, Fragrance, Our service heart The Point, Fresh and food squares with our eat & meet concept. Standardizing these experiences and guiding my team to built these concept in the Netherlands, Belgium & France. This is the perfect fit to put my experience in Business planning, New Business Development/ Intrapreneurship, Concepting, Architecture, Building, Development, Marketing & Communication, Guiding creative processes and Mindfulness into practice. After almost 7 years it is time for a new challenge within Wereldhave. Besides managing our Customer Journey I am also optimising our Other Rental income in the Netherlands. Collaborating between the countries to implement our best practises portfolio wide, keeping the Customer Journey in mind. The biggest part of the week I spend at Wereldhave but for the remaining time I love spending time with my family and developing myself spiritually.
