About Zina Hassel

I am President and CEO of ZLH Enterprises, a woman-owned technology consulting firm delivering white-glove concierge services in telecommunications, network design, provisioning, and client advocacy, built on a foundation of integrity, transparency, and unwavering ethical standards. For the past 30 years, I have guided ZLH Enterprises to become a trusted partner for businesses seeking expertise in voice, data, cloud services, disaster recovery, and telecom bill auditing, providing unbiased guidance and clear, accountable recommendations in an industry often defined by complexity. For more than a decade, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside my daughter, Vice President and Director Jodi Hassel, as we continue to grow the firm together with a shared commitment to doing business the right way. I am passionate about helping clients navigate complex technology solutions while ensuring their experience is seamless, personalized, and grounded in trust. As a pioneer and visionary in technology and telecom, I’ve been honored with the LEAD Award from the Alliance of Channel Women, multiple Stevie Awards from the American Business Awards recognizing entrepreneurial excellence and women in business, and Executive of the Year from the New Jersey Business & Industry Association. I also authored My Armadillo Skin: How I Made It As A Woman in the Field of Telecom, sharing my experiences as a female leader in a male-dominated industry and the importance of leading with both resilience and integrity.
