Experienced Executive Assistant who is highly organized, resourceful, detail oriented, interpersonal and well versed. Skilled at scheduling and calendar management, answering and screening high-volume phone calls, and overall interacting with clients and guests from all backgrounds. At my position with MSC which I’ve held for the last 5 years, I worked hand in hand with the CEO to ensure that each day has a clear plan and that plan is communicated and executed efficiently. While having a plan for each day, I’m was also able to gracefully manage any curveballs that may have occurred, whether it be shifting priorities or moving things in the calendar, it was never done in a panic. My goal is to ensure that the company is constantly moving towards fulfilling its short-term and long-term objectives, and that it does not diverge from its strategic guidelines. I have very strong crisis management skills; providing motivation, leadership, and support to all teams. During my years in the hospitality industry and as a Maitre D’, I have learned how to anticipate the needs of others and to go above and beyond to create experiences that are not only professional, but also memorable. I pride myself on being interpersonal with guests while also maintaining professionalism at all times. I have learned how to be a liaison between management, the back of the house, floor staff, thus enhancing my ability to communicate with partners on all levels. I am always looking to grow and hold myself accountable for my progress and contribution to the growth of others in my environment. I believe in leading by example and holding myself to a standard that is a reflection of productivity and professionalism at all times.
