About Zinnia Hamm

Years of progressive experience within financial services and other customer-facing industries have equipped me with the skills necessary to successfully manage operational processes, the opportunity to relate with today’s customers, and the ability to realize my employers’ goals and objectives, especially when it comes to my passion for disseminating strategic communications and targeted marketing messaging. I am currently pursuing a degree in Communications Studies and have been able to take advantage of many opportunities to put my new skills into play – for both my current employer as well as by way of a competitive internship program that I am participating in. Most recently, as well as throughout the course of my career, I have been successful by consistently delivering strategic communications and messages that resonate with my organization internally as well as with external customers and other stakeholders. I have also been able to increase profitability and improve service quality by meeting the needs of each customer served by way of such communications. Moreover, I have been recognized as a visionary leader and content creator who possesses the ability to identify, prioritize and implement change – many of which have been centered on marketing and communications projects that are transformative in nature.
