With almost 10 years of dedicated experience in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness industry, I have had the privilege of leading and supporting dynamic teams and projects across various regions and brands. As the Regional Business Performance Manager at XTEND Australia, I facilitated and oversaw the seamless operations and performance of 12 studios. My responsibilities extended to providing leadership and ongoing support to franchisees, driving brand standards, and ensuring compliance with XTEND systems across the network. In addition to presenting impactful training sessions, including sales training, I have hands-on studio experience surpassing sales KPIs and budgets. This dual proficiency enriched my expertise in team leadership, power of influence and continuous process improvement initiatives, further enhancing my capabilities in fostering a positive franchise and team environment.In my earlier role as the Head of Fitness and National Fitness Manager at Orangetheory Fitness, I played a pivotal role in managing the delivery of the fitness programs, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and providing mentorship to franchisees, trainers, and managers. Holding certifications in group training and personal training from FIAFitnation, I bring a substantial skill set and a genuine passion for empowering individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals.
