With more than two decades of experience, I currently serve as the Business Development Director at Burns & McDonnell in the United Kingdom. My job is to help utility clients propel the U.K. towards a zero-carbon future. Throughout my career, I have managed responsibility of successful account & bid management, customer service, account management and marketing teams across different industry sectors. I have extensive experience working within a highly regulatory environment, operating within Quality Management System framework in compliance with industry specific requirements. I have a proven track record in both operational delivery and commercial business planning, bid management and contract governance and management. My excellent communication and inter-personal skills allow me to develop productive working relationships internally within a business and externally with clients and key stakeholders. I love building excellent working relationships with clients, focusing on allowing them to achieve their goals by taking a proactive approach through close collaboration and working partnerships. I enjoy being that critical interface between the client and the operational teams supporting existing and new business opportunities, engaging both internally and externally to ensure client needs are met and more fundamentally exceeded.
