About Zoe Herbert

I am committed to providing you with the ultimate customer service, great value, a wide choice and guidance as a very experienced consultant. With over 30 years’ experience in the travel industry working in both leisure and business travel, I have gained extensive knowledge and first-hand experience. In the ever changing world of the internet, and the speed that companies are born, bred and disappear, people are at last waking up to the fact that booking your travel arrangements through faceless internet sites is not all it’s cracked up to be. The thing that really worries the real travel experts is the lack of assistance and financial protection that these sites offer. Travel Counsellors has the best financial protection in the industry! I have 83% repeat business which is the best recommendation I could ever have.
