About Zoe McCarthy
I am a proud Dabee Wiradjuri and Maori woman. I graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Human Sciences with a Major in Community Services and a Minor in Music. I have previously interned with NSW Government’s Land and Housing Corporation in their Communities Plus division, where I engaged with their stakeholders and local communities, as well as assisted the Project Managers with their upcoming and current projects. I then moved across to working with the CareerTrackers Program for 3.5 years, and I am now working as a Project Officer (Learning and Development) with the Australian Indigenous Governance Institute. I have a passion to create equal opportunities for all, and want to normalise and encourage people of all ages and gender to get support when they need it. I am fighting to making a change, and a difference in our corporate world as well as in our everyday lives.
