About Zoe Rose

I am innovative and inventive and have the ability to problem solve. I have significant project management experience and knowledge of complex change including research protocol design, annual reporting on studies, design and implementation of service evaluation. I have the ability to work to timescales and objectives and provide solutions. I am able to design and present academic posters and power point presentation. I recently presented at Conference after having my abstract selected competitively (double blinded, peer reviewed). I consider myself to be a compassionate, inclusive leader who has significant experience of line managing teams. I keep very much ahead of the curve utilising extensive leadership knowledge. I balance logic with empathy in my current role. The healthcare landscape is ever changing and the needs of society require us to work in ever more imaginative ways that are meaningful to our patients and their families/ carers. Educators and innovators are the drivers of change forging a new brighter future.
