About Zoe Swift

Customer Service and Travel are my passion. I have 14 years+ experience in customer services and 10 years travel experience. I have worked in travel shops, retail stores and my most recent position in travel is a Cruise Specialist working from home. Customer service is extremely important to me. I am a people person and will go above and beyond not only for my customers, but also for my colleagues. I have won a mystery shopper report in Halifax whilst I worked for TUI UK. This was done through travel weekly. I came 1st of out 4 agents in my town. I also volunteer for my local scouts group, 6th Gosport. Helping out with weekly meet ups, trips out and camps. I help to orangise and run the evening sessions. I am also involved when we do extra activities such as day trips and sleepovers. I work closely with the Beavers section, however I will also help where needed in other sections. I am a huge team player and will do what ever I can to help my team thrive. Whether that be my work team or my Scout group. I have recently gained a CACHE certificate in Mental Health first aid and advocacy in the workplace level 2, and I am currently working on my Level 2 councilling skills.
