I’m a certified Project Management Professional with five years of experience delivering projects across digital marketing and the non profit sector. I’m passionate about cultivating strong team cultures and strive to build projects that provide both a positive working experience and sustainable outcomes for organizations. With a background in interdisciplinary collaboration, I thrive in ambiguous environments, using design thinking to overcome roadblocks and optimize work. Whether leading cross-functional projects, streamlining or creating processes, or uncovering insights through data and curiosity, I approach every challenge with a strategic and people-first mindset. Recently, I’ve led projects that focus on staff wellness initiatives, conducted a software audit, managed data migrations and new tool implementation, as well as creating processes for volunteer intake and engagement. I believe success comes from aligning business goals with human needs, and I’m passionate about creating solutions that empower teams and drive long-term success. Outside of work, you can find me reading, taking pottery classes or moving my body through yoga or pilates.
