I am an undergraduate student at the Haskayne School of Business University of Calgary in the Entrepreneurship & Innovation program. I choose the department of Entrepreneurship & Innovation as it gives me a wide range of skills I can use in many fields. My skills to quickly adapt to a changing business environment,work in a team and my ability to accomplish goals help me analyze business situations by strategically making strategic decisions with the flexibility to integrate innovation. My passion lies in sustainability, creating a highly collaborative work environment to grow business and pursuing opportunities to develop my career in a rapidly changing environment. I believe in climate change as we already see the impact of changing climate in Canada and other parts of the world; therefore, it's now the time to integrate sustainability into businesses to protect our planet and future generations. My interpersonal effective skills allow me to analyze business situations effectively to evaluate all ideas, risks, mitigation, and alternative options to make strategic decisions. I make decisions once I look at all the available information and speak with the right people involved in a particular situation. In my role as a gas station attendant at Costco, I operated at one of the busiest gas stations in Western Canada, often ranking as one of the busiest in the entire country. Ensuring the gas station's safety was my top priority, and I learned to identify potential hazards, enforce safety regulations, and respond quickly when something went wrong. Managing daily operations required efficient time management, supervising employee breaks, and optimizing staffing levels, even in extreme weather conditions. During worker at Costco i learned to adaptive to dynamic challenges, honing problem-solving skills, and delivering excellent customer service ( to Costcos level). This experience reinforced the significance of vigilance and precision in preventing major problems and contributed significantly to my professional growth. I worked at Montycrypto. I learned different new skills, like how to schedule meetings, interact with co-workers in a professional work environment. In addition, I was responsible for finding a yard for the mining containers and learned contract management and supplier/ vendor management. Since it was my first time working in an office environment, it was an excellent experience.
