From secure mental health units to paediatric clinics, I have dedicated my career to transforming lives through innovative, person-centred therapy.Currently I support adults with psychiatric needs in a mental health setting, designing therapeutic interventions that rebuild confidence and prepare individuals for community reintegration. My previous experience spans geriatrics, paediatric and adult care across diverse settings from supporting children with autism and ADHD through sensory integration to providing adaptive solutions for elderly and post-surgical patients as a freelance practitioner.I combine clinical expertise with creative innovation, specialising in group therapy programmes, sensory integration, adaptive sports, and home modifications. My approach goes beyond functional restoration; I focus on nurturing mental wellbeing, preserving identity, and bringing joy back into people's lives through meaningful occupation.I am passionate about advancing the intersection of occupational therapy and mental health, developing holistic programmes that address both functional and psychological wellbeing.
