As a Compliance Officer at Hartford Funds, I apply my Master of Science in Cybersecurity and my five years of experience in risk management, quality control, audit, and finance to ensure the highest standards of information security and regulatory compliance across the organization. I am passionate about implementing and improving security infrastructure, policies, and procedures, and balancing security initiatives with external risks and business operations. In my previous roles as a Quality Coordinator and a Quality Testing Analyst at Cenlar FSB, I developed, maintained, and tested key procedures and controls within all business units, detected and researched quality issues, and communicated with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal and state laws, investor and guarantor requirements, and business policies. I also built strong relationships with department managers and customers, and supervised and trained staff on quality expectations and best practices. I am driven by the mission of enhancing the security, quality, and performance of the financial services industry.
