Reporting Structure: Managing Director, Business Unit Director, Account Director and Client at agency and startup levels Project Management & Account Management: Attention to detail, ensure all roles have clarity on key responsibilities, manage multiple projects, proactiveness, project plans with statuses on progress made, weekly stand ups both internal and external for reporting, team meetings, lead final activity, budget spend control updates, strategic focus on all projects, activity reviewing copy & design, maintain and overview of account/project tactics, optimization of tactics performance, keep abreast of external issues/events changes in the external environment, and review regularly their impact upon project and the client objectives, liase with all of company appropriately with all of all of company functions, providing info that may assist them in their day-day work, attend client meetings/conferences, provide weekly reporting to client about ongoing projects, ensure knowledge of client personnel and client's business environment. Finance: Ensure agreed financials are adhered to at all times, maintain financial awareness and ensure accurate reporting reporting at all times, ensure invoices are dispatched on time and in accordance with client agreement SOW. Approve all project reconciliations on assigned accounts. Business Development: Drive on brainstorming ad hoc and account development, up-selling and cross-selling to acquire new account deliverables outside of current specification. Line Management: For direct line reports, take responsibility for management of resource time for deliverables, lead and motivate.
