About Zone Wang

I have 7 years of working experience in industrial wireless network product development/project management, during which I have served as a technical support engineer, product manager, and application engineer. These products and projects are mainly related to driver-less network communication systems of the metro, and the more well-known cases are Taipei Circular Line. The most difficult problem I have ever experienced was that the train could not operate due to wireless communication issue, because the communication data could not be transmitted. In that period, I try to discuss issue with many engineer team member or cross function engineer, and try to find many resource(SW/HW/Test/FAE/Distributor/End user) to reproduce the issue in our lab. Although the experience was extremely stressful for our team, it was indeed very challenging. Finally, we conducted effective network problem analysis plan and data collection method, solved the problem one by one and made the metro wireless network system success to operating. I'm very proud of our team that we can offer the wireless network solution for metro driver-less system, these solution make the transportation system be convenient and improve people's life.
