About Zoya Ehsan

Hi! I am an early climate and clean energy professional based in Chicago, IL, where I currently work as a RAY Clean Energy Fellow with the Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance. As a RAY Fellow, I support each of MEEA’s four departments in research, marketing, outreach, and program coordination. Before joining MEEA, I earned my BSPA in Environmental Management from Indiana University Bloomington. While earning my degree, I served as a Program Coordinator at the IU Environmental Resilience Institute. In this role, I specifically advanced the McKinney Midwest Climate Project, a program that leverages partnerships between academic institutions, local governments, and nonprofits to drive through climate solutions in Indiana. My professional and research interests include energy equity and justice, green workforce development, and the intersections between climate issues and human health.
