Techno savvy professional with over 15+ years of professional experince, out of which 12+ years of experience is in Testing Commissioning and MEP Design Consultancy Service; also have served in Facility Management at the initial phase of the career. Presently works at IDA International to oversee both T&C and MEP Design consultancy projects across India, majorly focused on Data Center Projects. Prior to joining i.d.a. international, have worked with notable clients for third party consultancy service to serve as a Commissioning Authority (CxA) for their projects. Expertise in due diligence, MEP Design Peer Review, MEP Design coordination, Single Point Failure Analysis, MEPF Audits, Building Condition Assessment, Testing & Commissioning Management and Integrated System Test (IST) of MEP infrastructure for ongoing and upcoming Data Centres, Corporate fit-outs and Green-field projects. Has exclusively served as CxA to many renowned clients in Banking and IT sector across India which includes corporate offices, dealing / trading office spaces, data centers, LAB rooms, etc. to drive T&C process for MEPF systems such as Electrical HV & MV Switchgear, Transformers, Generators & Synchronization panels, UPS, PDU’s, LV distribution boards, earthing’s, busducts, ATS, Chiller & ancillary systems, Ventilation & Pressurization systems, AHU with air distribution & controls, CRAC, Fire-fighting systems, Fire alarm systems, BMS, Gas suppression system, PAS, LMS, etc.
