As a Senior Documentation Program Manager at NI/Emerson, I create and maintain documentation roadmaps, evaluate and scope incoming work, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable plans. My focus is on aligning documentation priorities with business goals while supporting writers and teams in delivering high-impact, user-focused content. My work is grounded in values I care deeply about: clarity, authenticity, empowerment, and meaningful connection. These guide how I collaborate, communicate, and drive change across complex ecosystems. Previously at Nokia, I led documentation delivery and maintenance, mentored writers, championed automation efforts, and partnered closely with R&D, verification, and business teams. My early background in education taught me how to pay attention, guide thoughtfully, and meet people where they are - lessons I carry into every project. Outside of work, I'm committed to ongoing mentoring, and I actively volunteer with an organization that supports children facing serious illnesses.
