I am a Senior Transformation Manager and Business Value Architect with extensive experience in Transformation, Process Improvement, Program and Project Management. During my career I have worked for Diageo Shared Service Center, Vodafone SSC, Unisys, Celanese Shared Service Center, PricewaterhouseCoopers, NESS Technologies and I finished my MBA at Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 2004. I have participated in more than 80 International and Hungarian projects primarily in SSC, Oil And Gas, Telecom, Utilities, Banking and Manufacturing sectors. I have good understanding of core Business End-to-End Processes in R2R, P2P, O2C, HR and IS. In these areas I've worked and managed a group of Process Improvement Consultants during the full life cycle of various Transformation, Outsourcing, SAP implementation, Process Improvement, Shared Service Center development projects.
