Senior Risk Manager working with Commercial and Retail Banking CEOs, Heads of Business, CRO’s, Chief Controls Officers, Risk Stewards and COOs in the UK and Europe covering both 1st and 2nd Line of Defence roles. Supporting these key stakeholders in navigating the Operational Risk Frameworks to drive Non-Financial Risk strategy implementation and projects to support pro-active identification, management and mitigation of risk with limited exposure to regulatory and reputational impact. I am passionate about leading people to consider risk in all aspects of work, with the intention that this becomes second nature. I am highly driven by purpose and impact and want to explore opportunities that leverage my drive for change in a more meaningful way.
